Dowell’s Building Services Pty Ltd provided general labour to Sunland Constructions (principal) and the various subcontractors on site as required, as well as the supply of crane operators and dogmen for the tower crane crews to operate the tower cranes on site and specialized rigging crews to erect, climb and dismantle the tower cranes.
We also erected the structural steel from level 75 to the crown. This was an additional 50 meters of steel above level 75 which is the equivalent of almost 17 floor levels. In addition to this we also installed the “Tower Spire” which sits 98 meters above level 75.
We also supplied the riggers and boilermakers to erect the steel for the canopy roof at the main entry (the ribbons).
Our company also supplied the structural foreman to the project who was responsible for the erection of the structure which involved the supervision and coordination with other trades and management to ensure the completion of the structure in a safe and timely manner.
Our personnel were also involved in the final cleaning of the building prior to handover. The contract for the internal cleaning of all units and glass together with external glass cleaning was carried out by our company.
